MacOS Sierra Create and use your own input source problem

Hi guys, I use Create and use your own input source for typing, but after I updated my OS from El Capitan to Sierra and I cannot use the number keys to choose the specified word from the candidate windows, does anyone have this problem? Anyone can help?

Here is the screenshot: There were numbers on the candidate windows which I can choose the corresponding word before I updated to Sierra but now gone! 😢😢😢
