Q: Manual feed works in iTunes, but podcastsconnects fails

Hi friends,

I'm trying to get my podcast into the iTunes store. The original posts back date over a year where I've put audio blocks into my blog hosted on squarespace. www.mysoulrefresh.com/blog

The blog only has "podcasts" once/week - there are other written posts there.

When I check it manually in iTunes (file -> subscribe -> enter url)  it works great. Everything shows up and I can listen to it and download the audio.

When I go to validate it in podcastsconnect.apple.com I get

The validator at validator.w3.org says; "This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations." With a list of things in code I have no idea what they are saying.

It WAS formerly in soundcloud and forwarded to itunes - but I deleted the soundcloud account and the itunes podcast and am trying to start afresh.
