Unable to add Outlook.com account

Since I bought a new iPhone 7 with iOS 10.0.2 I can't add an account to outlook.com. I use it for contacts, emails and calendars. I do it like this: Settings > Contacts > Accounts > Add account > Outlook.com. After I add login informations and allow using data of account for this device everything look OK. But when I look at list of added accounts there is still only iCloud. Can you help me with this issue?
