Hi guys,

I have this issue on my new iPhone 7 running iOS 10.0.2: all the push notification aren't working.
I'm trying to use whatsapp, telegram, mail, facebook ecc... but no one is working with notification.

Same issue with both 4G and Wi Fi connection..

    Hello NdR91,

First, I want to start by saying congratulations on your new iPhone 7! Based on the information you've provided, it's my understanding you're not receiving push notifications on your iPhone. I know immediate notifications can be crucial when it come to keeping up to date with many apps. I am happy to help.

If you haven't done so already, I recommend restarting the phone. This can resolve many unexpected behaviors. Use the steps below.

    1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
    2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
    3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

Restart your iPhone, iPad,or iPod touch

If the issue persists, please try the following steps.

    1. Make sure that the app supports notifications. Go to Settings > Notifications, select the app, and make sure that Notifications are turned on.
    2. If you have notifications turned on for an app but you're not receiving alerts, the alert style might be set to None. Go to Settings > Notifications and check that your Alert Style is set to Banners or Alerts.
    3. Make sure that you’re signed in to your Apple ID. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores and enter your Apple ID and password.
    4. Make sure that Do Not Disturb is turned off. Go to Settings > Do Not Disturb and tap Manual if it's turned on.
    5. If you’ve recently installed an app or restored from a backup, open the app to start getting notifications.

Use Notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
