Q: charge, warranty

Heey

i bought an ipod one year ago and a half en now he wont charge. I went to the store but i need my bill to prove that i bought it with apple, via the site. They said that i could ask it via the site but i couldn't find it, were can i ask this so my ipod is in warranty?
