iOS10 - App updating disturbed

Hardware: iPhone SE 64GB

iOS: 10.0.2

Problem:

Repetitive i´m not able to update apps in the store.

I´ve disabled automatic updates cause i would like to decide by my self.

I get an display about new updates. When i try to "Download all" or even one by one, i see the blue circle but nothing happens. After a few minutes the circle disapears and i´m getting "Update" again.

Sometime i´m able to update and then everything works fine. In my opinion it happens since updating to iOS 10.

My Troubleshooting:

Restarting the phone, Log-Off/In to App-Store, Trying to update all at once, Trying to update one-by-one, Reset the Phone and restore a backup.

iPhone SE, iOS 10.0.2, null

From your post, I understand that updating the applications on your iPhone isn't working as you expect. Great job on the troubleshooting steps you've already tried. I have one more I'd like for you to do.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- Before troubleshooting any device, I always recommend a fresh backup to keep your personal information safe.
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings The first time through, select "Set up as a new iPhone". You've already tried restoring from a backup and this would indicate the problem could be located there. Sign into iTunes & App Store and iCloud. Sync your information back to your phone and take some time to test. If everything is working as it should, If everything is working as it should, use the "Restore from a backup" link located in the "Get Help" section. If it isn't, under the same section, "Contact Apple Support".

Hi jameson.h,

thanks for your response and tips. I hesitated a bit couse i didn´t want to reinstall my phone over again.

And it seem, that having a little patience, helps :-)

Since the last 3 weeks i didn´t expirience the problems again. Perhaps it was only a temporary problem.
