Q: No sound in Windows 10

I have a new iMac running El Cap, fully updated. I created a Windows 10 partition using Bootcamp. Sound doesn't work; Win Device Mgr shows no sound information; Direct X DXDiag says there is no sound h/w, and advises loading a driver if it's expected. Apple Support (chat) told me (a) on MacOS use Bootcamp Assistant>Action>Download Windows Support Software to download to a USB drive, then (b) in Windows, run USBDrive>Bootcamp>setup.exe. But the Bootcamp directory on the USB drive doesn't contain a setup.exe file: only two subdirectories and an AutoUnattend.xml file. Any ideas?

Thanks, LonerT. Right answer! The file was there, but one level down - somehow I missed it.
However, I actually solved it a different way. I went back to MacOS, used Bootcamp to delete the Windows partition, then used it to reinstall Windows - and this time sound worked. No idea why it failed first time.

Excellent. Please back up OSX, Windows and create a Windows System Restore point.
