Q: SIL blinks once every 6 seconds mac does not startup

My mac book pro late 2011 running El capitan (not sure which version of El capitain) run out of charge about a month ago when my charger broke.. somehow I got the charger to work now (after a month it was completely discharged till about 2-3 days ago) it wouldn't start I can't reset nvram or smc since the mac won't even turn on.

If without connecting the charger I press the power button or the charge indicator nothing happens but if I connect the charger then press the charge indictator it works showing no charge left whereas whiteout me pressing the power button the mac keeps trying to startup the SIL blinks ,the fan turns ,there is a sound coming from hard disk ,the screen is completely black and this repeats every 6-7 seconds .....

I thought this was because the battery had completely discharged so I let it charge for 4 hours the first day then for about 6-7 hrs the second day then for about 2-3 hrs the third day that is yesterday then I read a tutorial or something online which said to hold comand ,shift, option ,r,p and the power button at the same time for 10 seconds and then leave it and press the power button again I did this but nothing happened it was in the same loop then I repeated the process without holding shift this didn't work too then I held command ,t  nothing happened then in desperation I held the power button for about 10 seconds the fan started a lot of dust blew up and the fun kept running it normally booted up then I ran an etre check and a virus scan using bit defender nothing was wrong with the results from bit defender I will attach the etre check results soon .......  during this whole time there was an X mark on the battery indicator .... then I restarted the mac and it went back to the earlier state I tried everything to get it to work back removed the hard disk leads ,battery leads and the cd drive leads to the board and tried to startup with various combinations of the same ( this I did the day I got the charger working I.e the first day but both tries failed to yield results and my mac is again on the loop and sick I'm using a phone to post my question I'm not able to post the screen shots I ttok of the activity monitor and the text edit file i saved with etre check results I copied both of them to my phone so I may be able to provide them using any other method I'd be really grateful if anyone can help me

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

I found a way to fix this!!! It's only a temporary fix and it dosent charge the battery but I can use the mac on AC only when it is plugged in so this is how it happened the charger is connected to both mac and socket it is in the same loop as explained above then when I remove the battery leads to the mother board or logic board not sure which but the top one  then the mac tries to startup u see the apple screen then it switches back off. Then after a few seconds the fan starts and SIL blinks 4-5times and goes off and starts again now when I connect the battery leads again ( while the lights are blinking) it boots up now perfectly well and  no X mark on the battery icon it shows not charging and kernel task up a whole chunk of my ram there is absolutely no free ram I found the culprit kernel task and  it's a process owned by root it was something like coreutd I force quit that and the rma is free as normal when I restart I have to go through all those stuff I did to get it to start the first time and this time another process owned by root along with kernel task so I quit that and ram is normal again everytime I restart the ram is completely used up
