Cannot login with admin password or Apple

I Am stuck on the login screen of my MacBook Pro, El Capitan 10.11.6. I cannot get the admin password to work, so when I try to reset password with Apple ID, it will not accept the password....I logged in on this site easily with the exact same ID & password. I'm locked out of my computer!

What do I do now??
