Q: Pop up stating I'm already an Apple Music user when I try and listen to a Curated Playlist

When I try and listen to a curated playlist I keep receiving a pop up that stated I'm already an Apple Music Member and my only option is to click OK. This takes me back to the playlist but nothing plays. Tried this on multiple songs and playlists. It seems like all I can listen to is music already in my library. Help?

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2

    Howdy Bsdawson11,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that you're getting a popup saying you're already an Apple Music Member whenever you try and listen to a curated playlist in Apple Music.  The first step I'd like you to do is to sign out of the iTunes & App Stores in Settings.  I do want to let you know that this process will remove the music downloaded to your device from Apple Music, but you can download them again once this is complete.

    1. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores
    2. Tap on the Apple ID that's signed in
    3. Select Sign Out
Once signed out, restart your iPhone, and sign back in to the iTunes & App Stores.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    Take care.
