Hi, i have mac mini late 2014 and a lenovo lcd monitor with vga adaptor i purchased a hdmi to vga connector but it is not supporting the display but it is working with other windows laptops display, kindly help me resolve this solution.

VGA is not supported from the HDMI Port and you need to use a Mini DisplayPort to VGA Adapter in one of the Mac Mini's Thunderbolt Ports.

Just make sure that the Mini DisplayPort the VGA Adapter you choose is compatible with all Macs.

Just what "hdmi to vga connector" did you purchase?
You need to convert the digital HDMI signal to analogue, and usually requires a powered (usually USB) connection to the "converter".
