iOS 10 makes interface scrolling sounds even though interface sounds are turned off in Settings?

I have an iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 10.0.2. Under Settings -> Sounds, I have "Keyboard Clicks" and "Lock Sound" turned off.

Previously in iOS 9 and earlier, with "Keyboard Clicks" and "Lock Sound" turned off, there were no interface sound effects. I have had those turned off before iOS was even iOS; ever since iPhone OS 2. So for the past 8 years, I've enjoyed the peace of no interface sound effects. However, I noticed that with iOS 10, while I don't hear keyboard clicks and lock sounds, I do hear scrolling (like when you are selecting a date or state in a scrolling list) sound effects.

I don't see a separate setting for scrolling sounds; am I just missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
