Apple Pay stopped working after I updated to 10.0.2. It comes up, I press 'pay with touch' and nothing happens. My fingerprints work for unlocking the phone, so I don't think thats the problem.
I checked settings and all the settings seem complete and accurate. My Chase card is recognized. Can't find anything wrong.
I have a 6+.

I'm having similar problems after upgrading. I can't double-click to get Apple Pay set up like it did under iOS 9. When I go into Passbook and wait for the cashier to initiate the POS station, my phone shows the finger prompt but when I try and touch the home button, Siri or Voice Control comes on and messes up the purchase. I turned Siri on but disabled everything I could so Voice Control doesn't pocket dial my phone. I used Apple Pay successfully lots of times prior to upgrading to iOS 10 and haven't been able to get it to work since.
FWIW, I have had no problem using ApplePay since I installed iOS 10. I usually double click and then use my print at the prompt.
