Q: Apple Watch Remote and Different iCloud and iTunes Apple ID

My Apple Watch is not showing up as an option on iTunes or the Apple TV (4). I use a different iCloud account on my iPhone (me.com) that my Apple Watch is attached to as I do for my iTunes account (gmail.com). It seems like they cannot pair because the Apple Watch is attached to my Me account and my Home Sharing is on my Gmail account.

How can I manually add my Apple Watch as a remote if Apple ID is different? (doesn't show up when following the Apple guide of Apple TV -> Remotes -> Devices or iTunes)

If you want your devices to inter-operate with each other properly they should all be using the same Apple ID.

I understand that but I like how I have my apple id's setup. Until now I have not had an issue with Home Sharing.

Within my "constraints" is it possible for the Apple Watch to be my Apple TV and iTunes remote with my gmail account (iTunes Home Sharing) rather than my Me account (iCloud)?
