since the Apple TV OS update in September 2016, my Apple TV no longer turns on my TV when it boots up. In fact, my TV has to be restarted several times before it turns on. It does this whether I have the settings to turn on my TV with the remote turned on or not. Prior to this update, the Apple TV always turned on, then started my TV. anyone else having this problem? Hoping for an OS update to fix this. Very annoying.
