Q: iiMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015), has issues when it is in sleep mode

At the beginning, it had an issue that never wake up after stay in sleep mode for a while, then I sent it to the apple store for repair. But when I get it back, new issues come, it restarts by itself very often when it is in sleep mode, and sometime it shows a screen with the left half black and the right half white, not responding, what I can do is to hold the power button to shut it down.

Anybody has the same issues? Any solutions?

if you just had it worked on by Apple call them immediately and tell them after you had your iMac serviced it no longer works properly, you think the repair procedure may have not been properly executed or the parts were not checked.

in the mean time reset the SMC
