Unable to update to iOS 10

i not letting me update. How can I fix this problem?i have an iPhone 5s

If you are having difficulty updating OTA, then connect the device to the computer and iTunes and update that way. Before connecting though, make sure you update your iTunes to the latest version, 12.5.1, since that is the only one that supports the latest iOS.

Have you jailbreaked your iPhone?
If so you'll probably have to update by using iTunes, because OTA (over the air) Updating sometimes doesn't work on jailbreaked phones

*Edit* or anyways just update via iTunes 🙂
