Q: Bootcamp incompatible with Windows 10

On 4-Oct-2016 Windows 10 updated, and as a result, Bootcamp is now incompatible with Windows 10.

Due to this, I am stuck in the Windows partition of my hard drive, as Bootcamp cannot run to boot to the iOS partition.

I have Bootcamp version 6.0.6201.0 installed and have tried to find the driver online to re-install but cannot find the file.

Any suggestions?

Can you post a link to the Microsoft Update (KB) that causes this problem?

Do you have a Bootcamp item in Windows Control Panel? If you do, what happens when you select to switch to OSX?

To re-install BC6 driver package, create a Windows System Restore point and then you can re-download BC6 drivers using OSX BC Assistant as shown.

You can then run setup.exe from the Bootcamp folder and test.
