Q: Cannot repartition hard drive

I recently attempted to install windows 10 education on my macbook pro retina 128 gb (latest one) when it unexpectedly restarted. I've installed windows on my mac before, I just took it off to save some space back when I was running el capitan. Now I'm on macOS sierra, and after the computer restarted, it is pretending as if the hard drive is only 75gb, and the rest of the hard drive is displayed as "free space". I've tried running first aid, running first aid from internet recovery mode and regular recovery mode, but it just pretends that the hard drive itself is only 75gb large. Is the remainder of my hard drive permanently corrupted? How can I fix this problem without wiping my laptop completely? Thanks to anyone who can help out

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12)

Boot into Internet Recovery (not Local Recovery) using Command+Opt+R. Click on Utilities -> Terminal.

    Run

    diskutil repairDisk disk0

Copy (Command+C) the output from the command, quit Terminal, start Safari, and Paste (Command+V) as a reply on this discussion.

I have seen only one occasion of an actual erase across several hundred Macs, when the EFI partition had Microsoft EFI rather than standard Mac EFI. Please say 'y' and press Return.

This looks clean. It should also have adjusted the partition map and resizing. Can you run Disk Utility (assuming you are still in Internet Recovery) and try to resize the OS X partition? If it does not work, we can try a different method, which will cause a temporary loss of Recovery HD. If you are uncomfortable losing Recovery HD, there is also a Time Machine backup/erase/restore method.

I did that, and it's not even showing the "free space" partition if we try the method that will result in a temporary Recovery HD loss, will I still have all my files and be able to use my mac normally after the process is completed?

You also have FileVault2. I suggest using Re: failed windows 8.1 installation through bootcamp and Time Machine. The Terminal method requires disabling FV2 and losing Recovery HD, both.
