Q: Macbook pro (Retina, 13-inch Early 2015) OS X El Capitan v10.11.6, 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5, 8GB 1867 MHz DDR3 Why no cursor upon starting up?
New Macbook Pro user here, previously an iMac user. What would appear to be a small annoying problem may very well be a bigger issue down the road. This new to me refurbished Macbook Pro was just purchased from the Apple Store. I will eventually go and talk to Apple because of the warranty but it could also just be a small problem.
7 times out of 10 when after starting up, it will boot up to the "select user screen" and sometimes there is a cursor and sometimes there is none. When the cursor is missing I just reboot and it usually reappears so that I can sign in. So far I have only looked in setting under Accessiblility but I can't see anything there that would help in this situation.
Searching through the posts and comments I don't see many posts and definitely no answers.
I would really appreciate any help or guidance fixing this. Thanks in advance
