New IPad Pro won't update to IOS10

New Ipad Pro today. Installed from ICloud Back up and everything looks finished & installed - been 4 hours plus yet when I go to install IOS10 (at $1000 plus it should have come pre-installed!!!!!!) it says will install "when your IPad has finished restoring form the ICloud back up". I may be missing something but all apps are imstalled & there is no sign that a back up is in progress. I'm concerned that I won't be able to install & I will have to make a very inconvenient appointment with a "genius" and travel to the city just to get IOS 10 on my $1100 brand new IPad.


Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
