HELP RESTORE MY BACKUP

Hi,

Can someone please tell me how to restore my backup?

It keeps saying password incorrect and I have been trying heaps for hours and read forums and nothing is working.

Also what happens if I set up as a new phone? Will I ever be able to get my backup? Can I use my same number?
