Hi

i see message on my Iphone 5s(IOS10-Updadte) camera-"The Iphone needs to cool down before you can use the flash"

please help me out to resolve the problem.

iPhone 5s, iOS 10.0.2, null

This message stating your iPhone needs to cool down before you can use the flash indicates that the temperature of your iPhone has increased to where some features will be disabled. Once you bring the temperature back down, the features should come back. Take a look at this link for more information about keeping your iPhone within operating temperature.

Hi sangani53,

You'll know that the iPhone is back to operating temperature when the warning goes away.

To resume use of your device as quickly as possible, turn it off, move it to a cooler environment, and allow it to cool down.

This warning appeared out of nowhere after an update, leaving the phone off for days didn't do anything, resetting the phone to factory settings, rebooting, letting the battery run out. Nothing works.
