EarPods audio interrupted, iPhone SE, IOS10.0.2

I have iPhone SE from the July 2016, and all working perfectly with IOS 9. After upgrading to IOS10.0.2 and during use of the device only with Apple EarPods with Lightning Connector, audio is lost completely from the handset after 3-4 communications and this is always the case in telephone calls. The problem temporarily solve when restarting the device, but appears again in the earphones after 3-4 telephone conversations. I restore from icloud and Ι tried other apple earphones (original), but the problem remains ...
