Q: New iPhone update

Has anyone else had an issue with there iPhone update? We have lost our email accounts, my phone freezes, doesn't connect correctly anymore. My phone also acts like an android and I didn't purchase an android for a reason! Does anyone know how to get rid of this update so my phone stops acting like this.

Without "jailbreaking" your iPhone (which we can't discuss here), there is no Apple approved way of downgrading an iOS update. I suggest the following steps. Without any other information, first and easiest thing to try is a restart and/or forced restart:

If that doesn't help, then a backup/restore and more drastically restore as new would be my next procedures:
