ios 10, freezing issue

I have iPhone 6 and since I have updated to ios10 the phone start freezing from time to time, specially when I need to make a call and click on "contact" it will not operating for few second even sometimes to 12 seconds.

I think Apple need to release an update ASAP as this I assume is a bug in the software.

I understand from your post that after updating your iPhone 6 to iOS 10 it freezes from time to time. I know how important it is for your iPhone 6 to be running smoothly for you after an update. I recommend restarting your iPhone and if that does not resolve the issue, please create a backup file and restore your iPhone. Restoring your iPhone and setting it up as new afterwards will allow you to test the issue. Once you have tested the issue, you can restore your backup file. If the issue returns then you will want to restore your iPhone again, set it up as new and add your content back manually. This has also happened to me on an iPhone 7 Plus once upgraded to 10. It happens at least 4-6 times per day on the phone app. If I had to venture a guess, I would say it's a bug in the voicemail transcription. The only fix I've found is to close the phone app and re-open. I've already restored the phone multiple times, including upgrades from 10.0.0.1 through 10.1.
