Hello Pejijan,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I understand from your post that after updating your iPhone 6 to iOS 10 it freezes from time to time. I know how important it is for your iPhone 6 to be running smoothly for you after an update. I recommend restarting your iPhone and if that does not resolve the issue, please create a backup file and restore your iPhone. Restoring your iPhone and setting it up as new afterwards will allow you to test the issue. Once you have tested the issue, you can restore your backup file. If the issue returns then you will want to restore your iPhone again, set it up as new and add your content back manually. The following articles will provide you with the steps, to restart, backup, and restore your iPhone:Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
Best Regards.
