Q: store crashes itunes 12.5.1.21

Ever since the new update of iTunes every time I click on the store it causes iTunes to stop working and then close.  I have uninstalled and re-installed following the Apple Support directions and the same issue still continues.  Any help would be welcomed.

Thanks tt2 but this didn't solve my issue.  Here is my crash report.  I tried to set the PATH as you suggested.

A suggestion made elsewhere was to copy the WebKit.dll into the main iTunes folder, which might work, but also means you might have to do some housekeeping during the next iTunes update. That is why I opted for setting the path as it shouldn't cause problems with future updates. You could try the other approach. If that still doesn't work then see the second box in Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates and run through a full tear down and rebuild of iTunes.

I did a full tear down and re-install and placed the webkit.dll in the main iTunes folder.  Sadly iTunes still crashes when I click on the store or certain movies.  I moved down to the prior version of iTunes and it all works fine so it is this release.  Any other thoughts?  I tried setting the path and even registering the DLL which doesn't work.

tt2.  I got it to work.  It was the path as you suggested but I had to edit it in my environment variables directly as it wouldn't work by doing it in the command prompt!  Thank you for your help!
