Display Gray and Bright PLEASE HELP

My iPad is really washed and is really gray and it looks like inverted colors but way worse and I've checked my settings it's not that.Its also just the middle it just gray.PLEASE HELP I tried smacking the Ipad but it doesn't work please help.
