How do I reset the time that the first reminder goes off? For example my first reminder goes off at 7 AM, but I'd rather it be 9 AM. I can't find a way to reset this. more

As you may be aware, it is possible to customise the frequency of Breathe Reminders, with options ranging from None up to every 7 hours:
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Breathe > Breathe Reminders.
If you would like to request that Apple adds further customisation options for the app's alerts, you can do so here:

I Think I'll try setting the frequency to none, then turning it back on at the time I want it to start.....
