Q: apple store

Hello,

 

My Apple ID is working properly but I cannot have access to Apple Store and in my System Setting it is not recognized by iCloud (but I can have access to iCloud by using Safari).

    What happens when you try to log into the account (are you trying to log in from scratch, or already logged in and just entering the password ? If you are getting an error message what does it say ?), where you are trying to do it (iOS device, computer), and what have you tried to see if it fixes whatever the problem is ?

    I have a Mac Book Pro with OS Sierra 10.12.

    When I try to log into the account from SAFARI it works fine. But I cannot have access to iCloud Drive from the Finder, the file is blank. And from the System Parameters when I click on iCloud I get an invite to enter my Apple ID password. I enter the same I am using to log from SAFARI but I get an error message saying that the there is a connexion mistake with the Apple ID server !
