Q: Not able to accept icloud's terms and conditions
My iPhone SE/IOS 10.0.2 will not allow me to accept iCloud's terms and conditions; therefore, not able to connect to the Apple ID Server and can't connect to Wi-Fi. I have already Reset Network Settings - didn't help; Erased All Content and Settings & restored - didn't help. Not connecting to a Wi-Fi didn't happen until I applied IOS 10.02. iCloud issue started last week while on IOS 9.35 - thought updating IOS would be the solution - NOT.

Not the Wi-Fi. Came down to me removing the Natsanity VPN connection (this is my daughter's phone). Now, Wi-Fi connects, iTunes connects, iCloud connects, and backup works. I will need to consult with NetSanity's support prior to reapplying their services. Thanks for your help!
