I have a Koogeek smart plug and an Apple TV 4th Gen on the same wifi network.
Th Apple TV is logged into iCloud and says it's connected to my Home hub.
I can control the plug manually via the Home app on iOS 10.
Any automation I had setup stopped working, but manually triggering the plug works.
How can I troubleshoot when everything appears setup properly?

FWIW, HomeKit have been unstable since launch, especially on the Automation side.
I have problems ranging from a HomeKit device no longer working in the "Home" app to the automation just stops working. I have Philips Hue, Koogek, iDevices and ecobee. HomeKit is setup through AppleTV 4th generation.

I followed all those steps and successfully set it up. It stopped working and there's no indication as to what is wrong. Again, I can control the plug from the app. The automations are not firing.
Also, in the app, they are sorted alphabetically instead of by time. This is shoddy work and I'm fearful this is still not fully baked.
