Apple MusicIt's working perfectly here on Safari 10.0.
Restart your Mac then try again.
If that doesn't help, go to your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab then click Manage Website Data > Remove All.
Quit then relaunch Safari and try the xfinity speed test again.

It wouldn't do any good for the OP to contact Apple support.

So it has to be something on your machine.
Has this been happeing long, or did you just discover it?
Any problems with other sites?

It would definitely do them good to contact Apple support. It doesn't matter if it works for you. The problem lies with the OP's device...not yours.
