Q: New IPhone 7 crashes WIFI signal

Oct 15, 2016 2:22 PMby bdittman1,My wife and I just purchased new iphone 7s last night and now we have the exact same problem. not only does it happen at our home it also crashes the wifi at my wife's parents house. I have also checked all network and router settings and that all looks good. If the phone isn't the problem, why would it have the same effect on two completely different wifi networks? We have had iPhone models 4 and 5 and also currently have 3 iPads. Not until we connected the iPhone 7 did we start having trouble.
