For starters, uninstall Adguard. It's not necessary on a Mac if you have Block pop-up windows selected in Safari > Preferences > Security.
Third party ad blockers often cause more harm than good.

Oct 5, 2016 9:26 PMby DanielJackson,AdBlocker was the only thing that made it tolerable to visit *any* web sites, and I used that for a long time, installed AdGuard as a replacement.
Without an ad blocker, I find the web has become unusable.
How does Block pop-up windows help with auto-playing videos and the littering of every web site with ads?
