Music app won't make sound

The Music App on my iPhone 6 will not make any sound. When I load a track, it says that it is playing, but no sound comes out. This happens whether I'm playing without anything hooked up, or if I have headphones in, or when it's hooked up via the charger to speakers or a car. The phone always says that it's playing the way I want it to, but no sound comes out. This does NOT happen if I'm using an app like Spotify, so I know that my speakers and other sound devices are not the problem. This is incredibly frustrating. What exactly do I have to do to get it working again?

I understand that you are seeing some issues with your Music app playing songs that you want to listen to. I can help you troubleshoot this issue. First, lets start by closing the Music app and restarting the iPhone:
