Sharing your Activity issues

My activity app sharing with friends seems to be malfunctioning. On my watch itself I only see one of my friends, on the app itself I see All of them. Also I keep trying to add another friend and it appears in the Invited section and then disappears in a matter of seconds.

i have unpaired my watch, and pairednit a new watch, I have also unpaired and repaired as a backup, reset both the phone and watch. None of this has resolved my problem.

please help!
