You do not identify the error, or what solutions steps you followed, and if the same error is noticed the second time. Try telling a little better story about what is going wrong and what you have done to try and correct it. You say you are restoring an iPhone 4S, what version number of iTunes are you using, and what computer OS?
I have the latest version of iTunes on my LENOVO. pc , I followed the steps which on the apple site to solve any problem while updating and restoring iPhone software
And I still have an error appears while trying to do this
What is the exact version number of iTunes that you have? What version of Windows on the Lenovo? If you followed all of the steps on the Apple site, the last one is to contact Apple Support, have you done that yet? What did they say?
