iPhone 6 plus screen glitch after updating to iOS 10

Since i updated my iPhone 6 plus to iOS 10.0.2 my screen makes my words fuzzy and if i have my phone unlocked for more than 5 minutes it glitches up and have to reset it every time. Almost like static on a tv, just goes into digital lines and my screen won't work. I've already backed-up my phone to iTunes and it said i went over my capacity for my phone, which is a 64 GB. I've deleted over 2,000 photos and most of my apps and now i have more room on my phone but it's still glitches. I don't know what else to do.

If you see lines, missing sections, discoloration, or poor image quality

Try to restart your device. If you can't restart, force restart your device.

If this doesn't work, restore your device.

If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
