Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. Sorry to hear that you are having these issues with your MacBook Pro. I'm a bit unclear on the exact nature of your issue (for example, what you are seeing when you try to pair, or if these are Apple branded keyboards), but I would be happy to help if I can. For the Wired keyboard, you may want to try directly connecting it to one of the USB ports on the MacBook Pro. If that doesn't work, try it with the Thunderbolt display disconnected. If you continue to have issues, you may find this article useful:
OS X Yosemite: If a USB device isn’t working
Similarly, if the Wireless keyboard in this case is a Bluetooth keyboard, you may find the steps outlined in the following articles helpful. You may also want to try doing the pairing with the Thunderbolt display disconnected and turned off, due to the potential for interference (as noted in the third article):
Using a Bluetooth mouse, keyboard, or trackpad with your Mac - Apple Support
If your Apple wireless mouse, keyboard, or trackpad aren't working as expected - Apple Support

Thanks for that. Were you able to go through the testing/troubleshooting indicated in the previous post? In particular, did you try pairing the wireless keyboard with the Thunderbolt display disconnected and turned off? What happens when you try to pair (any error or alert message, etc)? Also, what kind of keyboards are these, and what kind of Thunderbolt display (exact models)?
Regards.
