I Have an iPhone 5s and the latest IOS 10. My playlist will not unshuffle. There is a shuffle button - but it will not change. I have playlists in a certain order to go along with my workout. Anyone having same issue? help!!!

You don't change the shuffle from the playlist screen. You would open one of the songs to fill the entire screen, and then turn off shuffle from there.

Slide upwards slightly to see the Up Next, and you should see the Shuffle and Repeat buttons over to the right. If it is surrounded by a red box, then Shuffle is on.
