the home icon keeps loading accessories and scene

with the new IOS installed, when I touch the "Home" icon on the screen, it reveals "Loading Accessories and Scenes"and it keeps searching and nothing happens?


So what should I do with this new "Home" icon? Can I delete this new "Home" icon since it seems useless to me?

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2, the latest IOS

Yes, you can definitely delete it. And it's easy to reinstall if you change your mind.
