My Music app not found in iphone5S

Hi All,

I couldnt find the 'My Music' app on my iphone 5s after upgrading the software to IOS 10.0.2. I took the backup on both Itunes and Icloud drive and requested to restore the software from an iphone authorised service centre. When I restored my contact details from iclound again I found the 'My Music' missing from Iphone. I did all the following troubleshooting methods but the result is same. Please help me

1. Settings - >General ->Reset All Settings

2. Settings - >General ->Reset Network settings

3. Settings - >General ->Reset Home Screen Layout

4. Settings - >General ->Reset All Contents and Settings

5. Settings -> Background App Refresh

Also, tried restoring / updating the itunes by holding the home button and on/off on the top. Any other options please let me know

iPhone 5s, iOS 10.0.2

I understand that you're unable to find the Music app on your iPhone after your recent update. I'd like to help.

It's possible that this app was accidentally removed. Take a look a look at the instructions here to get it back:

Add a previously removed built-in app

Go to the App Store and search for the app. Tap to restore the app.

Wait for the app to restore, then open it from your Home screen.

The pre-installed app is called "Music". When you say you can't find "My Music" are you referring to that pre-installed app? Or an app you downloaded form the App Store called "My Music"?
