Is it possible to disable bluetooth in my apple tv?
The reason is following problem: Some of my near neighbors use an Iphone which instantly trys to connect to my tv. In this case a page comes up with a number for pairing and interrupt the running program.
That is so annoying. No, it is not my phone, I disabled bluetooth everywhere. It is somebody in the near.
Is there any way to interrupt this?

Just to reinforce, in tvOS 11.1, go to Settings > AirPlay > AirPlay and switch from Everyone to Anyone on the Same Network. This will block peer-to-peer AirPlay.

That is incorrect. You are using peer to peer airplay, which simply uses Bluetooth for discovery and then creates an ad hoc wifi connection between devices. You would need to go into settings to prevent others from trying to connect.
This is wrong! AppleTv 4 supports AirPlay thru bluetooth. You can easily test it by yourself by switching off wifi and you will see that airplay is perfectly working (see attached photo). Unfortunately in my case i was able to smoothly stream in a range of about 15m and exactly this is also causing the exact same issue as from the opening post to me.
No, the network is closed and safe. But you are right, I mean AirPlay. Is AirPlay bluetooth or what kind of connection is this. How can I control, who might connect and who not?
No, as it's required for the remote. Bluetooth has a limited range and the iPhone connects over AirPlay, more likely it is someone coming onto your network.
No, AirPlay is over wifi. So it's either someone coming onto the network or from within your environment. You can set a passcode within settings.
