Q: Iphone6 freezing when typing

My iphone after the IOS 10 keeps freezing when typing an email or imessage, Also when I try and call someone it doesn't allow me to move through the screens to call a number or access any other content when making a call, Apple is this an IOS 10 problem? Can I take my phone back to Apple and have it replaced?

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2

Hello simonascot,

It sounds like your screen is lagging whenever you tap on it, but it does eventually respond. That's definitely not expected behavior, so let's start by quitting all the running apps on the phone:

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Then restart the phone and test it out again:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
