I am having difficulty trying to restart and refresh my iPhone 7 by using the Home Button and the sleep/wake button at the same time, when I do this my phone takes a screen shot of the home screen.
DO I need to turn off my Touch ID?
Basically my Home button and sleep/wake button isn't working together at the same time.

With the iPhone 7 and 7+ (there is no iPhone 7s) you need to hold the power/sleep/wake button and the lower volume button (the down volume button) at the same time to reset the device. Explained in the iOS 10 manual on page 492.

You would need to hold the home and power button down for 20 seconds or so, until the Apple logo appears.
I Tried doing that but my fingers get sored and tired. I am using iPhone 7s not the Plus.
