How do I disable the ******* microphone on iMessage?

Sadly,the obvious one that I can't get rid of in the
text imessage box that REPEATEDLY records
things and even sends them out?!
I'm not the only one with this problem apparently.
Well this strange phenomenon happens to me
several times a week whenever I put my iphone
in my shirt pocket. Next time I pull the phone out
I find that it sends out an audio message via iMessage?!
Which microphone? There are two. There's one on the keyboard for dictation. That one can be turned off. Settings>General>Keyboard>Enable Dictation>Off. Then, there is the one at the right of the text entry box. That one, which only appears when sending to other iMessage users, cannot be turned off.
I suppose you could forgo iMessage entirely and use only SMS. Then, the microphone would be gone.
I'm not sure I understand the issue? You not only have to tap and hold to enable the recording, but to send it, you have to hit the send arrow which is in a different place (much higher) than the regular Messages arrow.

I am not doubting your issue, but you would need to send your feedback to Apple since the microphone is not intended to do that....
