iCloud free space - wrong calculation

Hi, I agree that my time in school is long ago, however I don't think my math skills are wrong ... please see screenshot below. I know it is in German, but is shows that I use only ~2.4 GB in my cloud (1.6 for backups, .65 for Whatsapp and so on). But at the top, it says only 642 MB of my 5 GB are available.

Where is the mistake? Or where are maybe hidden files in the iCloud, and how can I remove them?

Update: in the Window from my screenshot (iCloud-App on Windows 10), I selected 'Backups'. There I could select my current iCloud backup from my iPhone and remove/delete it. After that, 'Backups' still shows 1.2 GB usage, but there is no backup listed that I can select and remove/delete.

So there seems to be a 'hidden' backup in my iCloud which I cannot remove on my own.

I have now logged out my iPhone from iCloud and will wait a few minutes/hours. If that doesn't help, I will contact the support I guess ... or any other ideas how to solve it on my own?

Thanks again ...

After calling Apple Support today, they were able to remove the 1.2 GB 'hidden' backup. They gave me a different explanation: "the 1.2 GB were not a backup, but just a 'space reservation' for a future backup" ... not sure if this is really the truth, however the guy was able to remove this reservation during our call, and I could immediately see the result online.

So finally I am where I wanted to be!
