Hi Lê Duy Khánh,

After reading your question and looking at the screenshot it looks like Activation Lock is enabled on your iPhone. Here is more information on Activation Lock and how to disable this feature. If you purchased this device from a 3rd party, you may have to reach out to the original owner of the device to have them disable this feature.

Find My iPhone Activation Lock

Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock
